Delete your Gufy account

This page supports App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account-deletion rules. Deletion is available in the app. You do not have to email us first.

In the app (preferred)

Signed-in account

1. Open Gufy → Settings (Profile tab)
2. Open Profile settings
3. Tap Delete account
4. Read the subscription warning
5. If you have an auto-renewing plan, use Manage subscription to cancel in the App Store or Play Store
6. You can still choose Delete account anyway — billing may continue until you cancel in the store

Gufy cannot cancel Apple or Google auto-renew from our servers.

Guest

Open Profile settings and choose Clear guest data.

What we delete

• Your Firebase Authentication user
• Cloud profile and activity documents for your user id
• Local app storage for that account on that device
• The RevenueCat SDK session on the device
• Sign in with Apple tokens we stored for your account (revoked with Apple)

We may retain limited records required for law, fraud, or store accounting.

What we cannot delete for you

• App Store / Play subscriptions — cancel in the store
• Lifetime purchase records owned by the store

If something goes wrong

Email ahmednawaz619@gmail.com with your User id, the email on the account, and when you tapped Delete. Do not send passwords.
