These Terms apply to the Gufy mobile app (com.gufy.jokes). By downloading or using Gufy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you obtained Gufy from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where both apply, Apple’s EULA governs your license to use the iOS app; these Terms cover our service, accounts, content, and Gufy Pro.

Gufy lets you browse and swipe jokes and riddles. Some topics include dark, dating, political, or otherwise mature humor. The app is entertainment, not advice. A bundled catalog ships in the app; additional items may load from our servers when available.
You must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country). If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.
You may use Gufy as a guest or create an account (email, Google, or Sign in with Apple on iOS when that button is available). You are responsible for your credentials. Delete a signed-in account in Settings → Profile settings → Delete account. Guests can Clear guest data. See account deletion.

Prices appear in your store currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. Weekly and yearly plans renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends (Apple’s usual rule). Manage subscriptions in the App Store or Play Store.
If you start a trial and do not cancel in time, the paid period begins. Use Restore on the paywall after reinstall. Account deletion does not cancel billing. We cannot refund store purchases; request refunds from Apple or Google.
Do not scrape or redistribute the catalog at scale, interfere with servers or billing, or use Gufy to harass people or break the law. We may remove catalog items or restrict features.
Jokes may be offensive or inaccurate. You choose topics and are responsible for what you view and share.
The Gufy name, mascot, and app UI belong to Ahmed Nawaz or licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for yourself.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHMED NAWAZ IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR GUFY PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS.
We may update these Terms or stop offering Gufy. Store subscriptions remain governed by Apple or Google until you cancel.
